From the lyrics I thought, milkshake is probably about breasts, and maybe some of the other lyrics are about sex.

But you shouldn't listen to me, because I think Pachelbel's Canon is probably about sex.

From the video (of Milkshake, not Pachelbel's Canon) I'd have said "definitely about breasts".

However, for authoritative counterargument I point you at:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=milkshake

which has:

Kelis says "Milkshake is just that thing that makes a woman stand out from everyone else. It's a thing that makes you sensual and warm and maternal. It could be about breasts but I don't have huge t*** so you gotta work with what you got."

(The *** is a direct quote from the link - personally, I wouldn't *** out "tits". Or lots of other words, really. I think ***ing something out - and thus drawing attention to it - is more indicative of prurient interest than just using what is a perfectly ordinary word that dates back to Old English and moving on with the discussion. You may like to ponder on why so many Anglo-Saxon and old English words became regarded as unsuitable. I blame the Normans.)

I enjoyed that song in spite of my strong inclination to dislike it. Which doubtless means it will be decried as terrible music by cool people everywhere. I am not cool, nor am I hot.

I am tepid, hear me overanalyse.
