Yesterday, while at the grocery store, we heard The Smiths' "William, It Was Really Nothing".

I would have thought that The Smiths were too depressing for a grocery store. I did think that, in fact.

Dude, that's just whacked. Was it... *gasp* muzak? Or the actual song?

It was the actual song. I'm not sure whether that makes it better or worse.

I'm still holding out for Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart."

If they play Sisters of Mercy's "Temple of Love" in your store, I will die of laughter.

That would rock. I would go on a shopping frenzy.

But have you heard it in Spanish at Taco Cabana? It's a trip!

If you were on a shopping frenzy, I'd guide you to the fruit, the flowers and the chocolate...oh, and the whipped cream ;-)

*blush* Oh, uh...that's for Ralph, although Jude is all kinds of wonderful :-)
