Vintage Grand Prix

ralphmeltonOn Sunday, I went to see the Vintage Grand Prix in Schenley Park with my in-laws. I had a moment of 'did I not hear their phone call?' panic and dashed for the park--but I actually arrived there an hour before they did.
The race was pretty good. I hadn't really watched auto racing before, but the cars were recognizable enough that I could have an idea of which cars were in the lead. Still, I wouldn't have enjoyed it so much if it hadn't been a pleasant way to sit outdoors in the shade.
