ralphmelton1. What drinking water do you prefer -- tap, bottle, purifier, etc.?
Tap water is generally fine, because I'm cheap. Pittsburgh actually has really good tap water, in my experience. (The tap water in Richardson (and much of Texas) is nasty and sulfurous.)
2. What are your favourite flavor of chips?
Plain tortilla chips can be quite nice. I also like sour cream and onion potato chips at times.
3. Of all the things you can cook, what dish do you like the most?
I can cook a vast quantity of things, but my favorite is probably beef brisket barbecue. (Not quite real barbecue, since it's done with liquid smoke and an oven instead of a smoker, but exceedingly tasty.)
4. How do you have your eggs?
Rarely. I'm not a big egg plan. I enjoy poached eggs over corned beef hash. If I were cooking my own eggs, the version I make routinely that I most enjoy is an omelet. I've once made an "omelet souffle with cherries and mascarpone honey cream" that was just delightful.
5. Who was the last person who cooked you a meal? How did it turn out?
Last night, Lori made Chicken Helper for us. It was pretty tasty, as most things we cook are.
