So, I've just finished reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. It's about 28 hours since the book was released.

But since Lori had first dibs on the book, I reread Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire first. That may have been a little too much Harry Potter for one day.

The King County Library System (where I work) bought 479 copies of HPatOotP. There are currently over 2300 holds. (I am #1646. This is fine by me, as it means I will have time to catch up with the others before it gets to me.)

Good heavens. I wonder what will be the branch with the most of those 479 copies lined up side-by-side in the stacks.
