The 'Italian Parmesan Bake' Hamburger Helper that I made for dinner tonight was really quite tasty. It went very nicely with the leftover red wine.

The French pedant would like to point out that "bœuf" is masculine and that therefore the phrase should be "bœuf assisté." However, she thinks it is a catchy translation of a thoroughly un-French concept.

Hey, thanks. I actually looked briefly for a French pedant when I wrote it, but didn't have one at hand. (I wasn't sure of the e-acute, either.) I'll change it from "boeuf assistée".
