I've only visited those web sites as part of a similar google search. Spring Mills is a bit east of State College, but as far as I know, I've never been there.
I am a wee bit concerned about the fact that she's in Pennsylvania...

I am normally hesitant about such things, but given her address is publicly accessible, it may be time to pass info on the proper authorities.

There is an Earl T Kuhn at RR 1, Spring Mills, PA 00016 according to the internet White Pages. The map looks like the same place.
