The car wash next door to my office has awnings on the edge of the roof. Or rather, had awnings. In today's wind, they have become increasingly detached. It's a moderately impressive sight.

Further status: police are present. The awning on the west side is completely detached; police have advised us to move our cars because the detachment is expected to progress around to the east side.
