From the Mouths of Babes
Aug. 7th, 2001 03:02 pmMy boss, Mark, told this story today:
He observed his 28-month old daughter pounding on her Speak-and-Spell with her fist, saying "Dammit, dammit, dammit!" When she saw Mark looking on, she looked up and explained to him, "This is my computer."
That's really the punchline, but the story does continue: Mark explained to her that those words weren't appropriate for little girls, and she said, "That's what Mommy does."
