Turkey Joints

ralphmeltonA co-worker brought back this candy called "Turkey Joints" that is apparently only available in Appalachian New York.
It consists of these candy "bones" of some pale sugar candy, with a "marrow" of chocolate and brazil nuts.
It is reasonably tasty, but it is odd in appearance. And slightly sticky to eat.
